In Flick's 4-2-3-1, Raphinha has mostly played as a left-winger. The Brazilian has been incredible down the flank, but he is primarily a right-winger. Further, apart from him, there are no reliable forwards who have the pace to effectively occupy the position.
Rashford has both the pace and intensity to thrive in that area of the pitch under Flick.
