EPL Predictions – Tottenham vs Arsenal: Arsenal to win @ 10/11 (1.91)
EPL Predictions – Brighton vs Ipswich: Over 2.5 goals @ 4/7 (1.57)
Next up we look at the match up between Brighton and Ipswich, which will see two of the youngest managers in the country – both of whom were courted by the Seagulls in the summer – go head to head. Brighton are widely regarded as a club that “know what they’re doing” so the fact Kieran McKenna and Fabian Hurzeler both featured on their managerial wish list should give you an indication that they both have similar philosophies when it comes to how the game should be played. With respect of the form guide, Brighton have seen their last two home games break the 2.5 goal marker whilst Ipswich have gone north of 2.5 goals in their last four competitive matches on the road. Tip Probability: 64% Kick-Off: 15:00 GMT, 14/09/24EPL Predictions – Southampton vs Man United: Draw @ 13/5 (3.60)
We end our Premier League tips in rather ballsy fashion as we back Southampton to collect their first point of the season as they host a much fancied Man United side. Man United though aren’t anything special these days and Southampton will cause them problems. The question is whether the hosts can cut out stupid mistakes at the back and take one or two of the openings they create. None of that is guaranteed, obviously, but United’s record at Southampton isn’t great; three of their last five trips there have ended in draws. Tip Probability: 42% Kick-Off: 12:30 GMT, 14/09/24 The Premier League is the most famous Football event in the world right up there with the FIFA World Cup. Arsenal
The Gunners have pushed Man City close over the last two years and were expecting them to go one better this time round. Not only will Arsenal be stronger from two failures but the mental load City face trying to win five on the bounce shouldn’t be overlooked. Even with points dropped against Brighton, the fact the Gunners have recently won at Aston Villa will be a huge negativity block cleared as well.Man City
The prospect of five Premier League’s on the spin feels close to impossible but if anyone can do it, it will be this team. Guardiola’s future isn’t nailed on right now though and there are still 115 charges to be answered that could hurt their prospects. Three wins from three to start the campaign and the return of Ilkay Gundogan means there is a real feel-good factor around the Etithad once again. Erling Haaland meanwhile is, currently, unplayable.Liverpool
Yes, Klopp is no longer at Anfield but he’s left a solid foundation on which Arne Slot can build. A couple of games in it’s so far, so good for the new regime whilst their 3-0 win at rivals Man United won’t have done things any harm either. If Arsenal and Man City aren’t bang at it, Liverpool are best placed to take advantage with other big clubs currently in a state of major flux.Premier League Odds – Relegation

Premier League Relegation Contenders
Leicester
It feels harsh to knock Leicester after they earned an opening week draw against a Tottenham side tipped to compete for the top four this season but it’s been downhill since then with that remaining their only point. Throw in the fact that financial penalties seemingly await and they’ve lost big players through the summer. It’s hard to imagine the Foxes not being in a dog-fight at the bottom come May.Everton
Everton have had a horrific start to the new season losing 3-0 to Brighton and 4-0 to Tottenham before blowing a 2-0 lead at home to Bournemouth. When you combine that with a summer of failed takeovers and threats of more points deductions this season you do have to wonder if 2024/25 is the time the Toffee’s finally come unstuck.Ipswich
Ipswich have finally got off the mark in the Premier League with a well-deserved point against Fulham after losing to Liverpool and Man City in game weeks one and two. The Tractor Boys look like they’ll be true to their words throughout the summer about attacking the summer but the club has made big leaps over the last two years. Could this one be too big?Southampton
The Saints were arguably fortunate to win promotion to the Premier League having been some way off the pace of the top three in the Championship last year but, they duly won the playoffs and, they’re a very tidy football side as they showed against Newcastle in game week one. Their loss to Nottingham Forest and subsequently playing themselves into trouble over and over against Brentford last time out are real red flags. The have at least now scored their first top flight goal of the season.Wolves
You’d expect Wolves to have enough about them to maintain their Premier League status this season given some of teams we’ve already touched on but they’ve lost some of their better players in the summer, have made a pretty poor start and if an injury or two strikes in the wrong part of their squad they could quickly be sucked into a battle.Premier League Odds – Top Goalscorer

Premier League 2023-24 Season Recap
The 2023-24 Premier League has been one of the more interesting campaigns we’ve had for a while. Man City clinched a record-breaking fourth consecutive title but had to wait until the final day to confirm their glory owing to constant pressure from Pep Guardiola’s former assistant, Mikel Arteta, who guided Arsenal to a second-place finish. Liverpool had looked like making it a three-horse race in Jurgen Klopp’s final year at Anfield but fell away in the last month of the campaign. The top four was completed by Aston Villa; Villa were a largely unfancied pick back in August but Unai Emery has worked miracles there to see off a battling Tottenham; Spurs’ season shouldn’t be underrated given the shift in their style of play and the fact they were facing their first season without the talismanic Harry Kane. Chelsea and Man United were both largely underwhelmed and finished sixth and eighth, respectively, with Newcastle, who had fewer expectations in pre-season, sandwiched in between. The FA Cup final result, which United won, means Newcastle will miss out on European football next season regardless of their finish. At the other end, the three newly promoted sides suffered instant relegation. Sheffield United, Burnley, and Luton were largely relegated with a whimper, considering the likes of Everton and Nottingham Forest were two of the strugglers this year—and that was down to point deductions. With respect to the scoring charts, Erling Haaland of Man City scooped top spot with 27 goals, but Cole Palmer (22), Alexander Isak (21), Ollie Watkins, Dominic Solanke, and Phil Foden (all 19) arguably came in for more praise, albeit that may be largely down to the strike rate Haaland achieved last season rather than this year being lacklustre.Other Premier League 2024/2025 Markets

Betting on who will win a league or a match is the oldest bet type ever. It’s quite normal that it is the most popular bet type. That’s why bookies always offer this type of market for all events or competitions. For the Premier League in 2024/2025, you don’t have to choose the team that everyone else wagers on. Anything could happen during the season, and an excellent example of that is when Leicester city won the league only a year after coming out of the 2nd division. This is an excellent example of the fact that nothing is certain in sports betting.Premier League winners of the past 10 years
