Premier League football has never been short of eye-watering salaries, with clubs across the division committing huge sums to attract and retain their best players.
From established superstars earning hundreds of thousands of pounds every week to newly promoted sides operating on considerably smaller budgets, the gap in earning power across the English top-flight remains striking. And with lucrative contracts becoming an increasingly important part of recruitment, those figures can change quickly throughout a season.
So, who is the highest-paid player at every Premier League club in 2026-27?
Working from salary estimates provided by Capology, Football Whispers has compiled the highest weekly wages at all 20 clubs, while also highlighting some of the biggest earners and the deals that put them at the top of their respective squads.
It is worth stressing that football wages are notoriously difficult to pin down. Contracts can contain performance bonuses, appearance fees, image-rights and other incentives that are not always publicly disclosed. Capology's figures are therefore estimates of gross fixed salaries rather than definitive statements of what each player takes home.
That means this page will be updated throughout the 2026-27 campaign when major transfers, new contracts or significant salary changes alter the Premier League's wage hierarchy.
