Liverpool are the ‘favourites' to sign young Paris Saint-Germain winger Ibrahim Mbaye this summer, according to reports.
The 18-year-old attacker, who lifted the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal, has struggled for regular minutes in the second half of the 2025/26 campaign.
Mbaye was a revelation for Luis Enrique early in the season, but it is now claimed that his situation will be monitored heading into the transfer window.
It's also believed that the Reds are in pole position to sign him, though they face competition from rivals Newcastle United and Aston Villa.

Tottenham Hotspur are deep in a relegation battle, but that isn't stopping them from planning ahead, regardless of which division they find themselves in next season.
Now, according to reports in Spain, the north Londoners hold a ‘genuine interest' in signing Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
It comes amid doubts over whether LaLiga giants Barcelona will make his loan move permanent at the Camp Nou.
They currently need to pay around £26 million for the 28-year-old, though his mooted £325k-per-week salary appears to be the main stumbling block, opening the door for Tottenham.
Andrea Berta scouts Arsenal target Victor Osimhen

Arsenal could be looking to bolster their frontline once again this summer, and it appears that a familiar name has re-emerged on their shortlist.
Reports suggest that Gunners sporting director Andrea Berta was in Istanbul on Sunday to watch Victor Osimhen in action for Galatasaray, where he scored in a 3-0 win over fierce rivals Fenerbahce.
The north Londoners only signed Viktor Gyokeres last summer, but it seems they are not content with only having him at the club.
The Nigeria international is likely to leave the Super Lig giants this off-season, and while it remains to be seen how much he could command, some experts believe the 27-year-old is valued at a minimum of £100 million.
