Man City chase Mexican wonderkid

Man City have joined European rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona in the hunt for Mexican wonderkid Gilberto Mora, according to a latest report by TEAMtalk.
The 16-year-old, who is also wanted by Premier League giants Arsenal, is currently representing Mexico at the U20 World Cup in Chile and recently grabbed a stunning brace against Spain in a 2-2 draw.
Mora is currently valued at £3.8m by Transfermarkt, though his transfer is likely to generate a far bigger price considering some of the biggest clubs in the world are chasing his signature.
As things stand, the teenager plies his trade for Mexican side Club Tijuana, where he became the youngest ever debutant in club history. The attacking midfielder also became the youngest ever player to score a goal in the Mexican top tier, aged 15 years and 320 days old.

Man United are ready to part ways with Joshua Zirkzee in the upcoming winter transfer window, with the Red Devils prepared to consider loan and permanent offers, according to The Sun.
United embarked on a mighty overhaul of talent over the summer, with attacking misfits Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Rasmus Hojlund, Antony and Alejandro Garnacho all cleared out in favour of new blood Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.
Ruben Amorim and his side are clearly not done with transfer business, and they will be looking to get Zirkzee off their books – especially with Juventus and Como showing interest in the player.
The Dutch forward arrived at Old Trafford from Bologna over a year ago, with the club splashing around £40m on his signature. The Red Devils will not receive the same money for the player in January, though they are keen for the forward to get a fresh start elsewhere.
Liverpool interested in Giovanni Leoni replacement

Liverpool are still considering making a move for Brentford centre-back Nathan Collins to beef up their defensive options, though they now face fresh competition from Tottenham, according to Football Insider.
With Giovanni Leoni out for the rest of the season, Liverpool may be forced to go back into the market for Collins – a player they were linked with over the summer but ultimately failed to get the deal done.
Man United also pondered a potential move for the player, but unlike Tottenham and Liverpool, the Red Devils were unable to guarantee European football.
The 24-year-old remained at Brentford over the summer and has since been rewarded with the captain’s armband – a role he also plays for the Republic of Ireland.
