Ismaila Sarr next club odds: Liverpool joint favourites to sign Crystal Palace star

Ismaila Sarr is a player to watch out for ahead of the transfer deadline as Liverpool are among many other clubs reportedly interested in signing the Crystal Palace winger.

The Reds have already had a bid rejected for Sarr, while Galatasaray have seen two offers turned down.

At the time of writing, Liverpool are joint favourites to sign Sarr before the deadline, with reports Cody Gakpo could be on his way out with Manchester City and Tottenham the strongest candidates to sign him.

However, the bookies give it an equal chance that Sarr moves to a Saudi club instead, and seemingly the Senegal international is trying to force a move away from Selhurst Park having reportedly skipped training.

Al Ittihad were reportedly in the race for his signature, and other Saudi Pro League clubs can certainly afford the reported £75m fee and high wages it may take to prize him away from Palace.

Which club offers the best value to sign Ismaila Sarr this summer?

Liverpool looks like Sarr's most likely destination, and so their 5/4 odds could be worth a punt.

However, in terms of other clubs to watch out for before the deadline, Aston Villa could choose to reunite Sarr with international teammates Nicolas Jackson and Ibrahim Mbaye (transfer pending), while Newcastle United also have money to spend after selling some of their big assets this summer.

A move to Saudi Arabia or Turkey should also not be ruled out, given they can match Premier League clubs in terms of the transfer fee and wages offered.
