Chaves vs Sporting Lisbon prediction – Betting tips & odds

Hot Tip – Both Teams to Score

  • Both teams have scored in five of the last six head-to-heads between Chaves and Sporting.
  • Four of Chaves' last six league games have ended with both teams finding the back of the net.

Another reason that we have backed BTTS as our main prediction for this game is that three of Sporting's last four matches have seen both teams score.

Player to Watch: Marcus Edwards

Marcus Edwards has made a real name for himself since leaving Tottenham Hotspur to try his luck in Portugal. Having impressed with Vitoria Guimaraes, Sporting signed the English winger in 2022 and he has quickly become a key player for the title challengers.

Edwards has chipped in with four goals and three assists in the Primeira Liga this season and played a starring role in Sporting's last league win against Estoril.
