Leicester City head to their Midlands rivals Coventry City this weekend with the aim of keeping a 10-point gap on second-placed Ipswich Town, just as the Sky Blues look for a jump into the playoffs.

Coventry vs Leicester prediction – Betting tips & odds

Hot Tip – Leicester to win

  • Leicester are top of the table and have lost only three games this season and won 21 – this is five more than the next best tally of 16
  • The Foxes are also on an 11-game unbeaten run, including a recent 3-2 win over Millwall in the FA Cup

We have also decided to back Leicester given the fact they have netted a stunning 54 goals and let in only 18 as well. This sees them as the top-scoring side in the Championship and with the best defensive record too. In fact, the Foxes have let in 10 goals fewer than Coventry have conceded (28).

Player to Watch: Tom Cannon

In the absence of Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Ihaeanacho, Tom Cannon has burst onto the Leicester scene in recent games.

The 21-year-old joined from Leicester this season and after a decent campaign on loan at Preston North End last time out, he has now bagged six goals in three games.
