Leeds vs Bournemouth – Top Two Betting Tips

We're expecting an entertaining 90-minutes when Leeds play host to Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend. Both teams tend to play on the front foot and often leave space in behind their defences and therefore, neither side have a good record for keeping clean sheets.

Over 2.5 Goals

At least three goals have been scored in four of the last six meetings between these two clubs, and we're expecting more of the same on Saturday. Leeds have seen three of their last five matches end with over 2.5 goals being scored, while the same can be said for three of Bournemouth's last five outings as well, so you can see why we're predicting goals at Elland Road this weekend.

Both Teams to Score

Four of the last six encounters between Leeds and Bournemouth have finished with both teams scoring, and we're backing both teams to find the back of the net on Saturday afternoon. Leeds haven't kept a clean sheet in any of their last five matches, three of which saw both teams score. Likewise, Bournemouth haven't been able to stop their opponents from scoring in any of their last five fixtures and three of those produced goals at both ends of the pitch.

All you need to know about Leeds vs Bournemouth

Leeds will leapfrog the Cherries if they win

Nobody gave Leeds a chance of leaving Anfield with anything to show for their efforts yet Jessie Marsch's men came away with all 3pts. Rodrigo capitalised on a mistake in the Liverpool defence to hand Leeds a 4th-minute lead but Liverpool equalised in the 14th-minute and the pair went in level at the break. Meslier was certainly the busier of the two goalkeepers but at the other end of the pitch, Summerville worked himself some space in the Liverpool box and fired a low show past Alisson from a tight angle to stun the Anfield faithful and win the game for Leeds.

Leeds Predicted lineup – Meslier, Cooper, Koch, Kristensen, Struijk, Roca, Adams, Harrison, Aaronson, Rodrigo & Summerville

Bournemouth fans will still be wondering how their side ended up losing at home to Tottenham last time out after seeing their side take a 2-0 lead. Moore put the hosts in front in the 22nd-minute and early in the second half, the very same player made it 2-0. Spurs got back into the game through a rare Sessegnon goal just shy of the hour mark and in the 73rd-minute, defender Davies made it 2-2. The game looked to be heading for a draw until stoppage-time when Bentancur kept his cool to win the game for the visitors.

Bournemouth Predicted lineup – Travers, Smith, Senesi, Mepham, Zemura, Lerma, Cook, Billing, Tavernier, Moore & Solanke

Team News
