Potential MVP – Marcus Thuram

While most of the attention is typically on Lautaro Martinez whenever Inter Milan are in action, Marcus Thuram deserves a lot of credit for how HE has settled in at the Italian giants after signing from Borussia Mönchengladbach in the summer.

The French forward has developed a fantastic partnership with Martinez at the top of the pitch, and he leads the way for Inter in terms of assists this season with seven in all competitions. He is also doing his fair share of goalscoring, too, with 11 in all competitions. Can he add to either of these tallies on Wednesday night?

Key trend

They have won four of their last four matches against Atalanta and given their current form, it would be a huge surprise if they didn't win again on Wednesday night, even if they will have one eye on their upcoming Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid. We are going for Inter Milan to win and over 2.5 goals to be scored.
