Performing well since his arrival during the last summer transfer window at Strasbourg, stricker sensation is attracting the Premier League. In addition to Chelsea, the current third-placed English league side are also interested.
Having arrived this summer at Strasbourg for €17m (£14.5m) from Alaves, Joaquin Panichelli is a success from the Alsace club's XXL summer transfer window, which exceeded the €100m (£87m) invested mark. The Argentine striker has thus scored 10 goals in 19 matches since his arrival and has notably managed to compensate for Emanuel Emegha's absences.
Inevitably and as always now, Chelsea are already interested and Panichelli could be the Blues' next Emegha-style coup. However, the 23-year-old player already interests many other clubs. AC Milan and FC Barcelona have already been reported as interested in the Argentine.
Joaquin Panichelli also tracked by Aston Villa and West Ham
TEAMtalk even give us two new suitors this Monday 8th December. According to the British outlet, Aston Villa and West Ham are closely following the Strasbourg player's performances. At 1.90m tall, Joaquin Panichelli seems built to play in the Premier League and resist the English league's rugged defenders.

Villans and Hammers have therefore enquired about his situation at Strasbourg, who thus signed him this summer and offered him a contract until June 2030. Joining West Ham has nothing very attractive today as the English side, who are currently 18th, are playing for survival.
Aston Villa, an attractive project, but…
On the other hand, Aston Villa are in sparkling form. On a run of seven consecutive victories, the side managed by Unai Emery are third in the Europa League league phase and sit in the same position in the Premier League. It is therefore an interesting project, but are currently in difficulty financially.
“I don't know exactly how Villa are envisaging his arrival, and I'd be a bit surprised if it were for January, as it would be difficult to recruit currently. But finding a new striker is entirely feasible for the next transfer window” in order to have another option up front with Ollie Watkins, journalist Dean Jones explains.
Thus, the threat does not seem imminent for Strasbourg in the Joaquin Panichelli case, but if the Argentine striker continues to blaze in the coming months, offers could quickly arrive on the Alsace management's desk for next summer.
