It's time for our Premier League predictions ahead of Luton's trip to Brentford this weekend. Luton will remain out of the relegation zone no matter how the results go this weekend but the visitors will be desperate to pick up a point from this game to move into double figures for the season.

Brentford vs Luton prediction – Betting tips & odds

Hot Tip – Both Teams to Score

  • Brentford have only kept two clean sheets in their last six attempts.
  • Both teams have scored in four of Luton's last five outings.

Another reason why we're backing this bet over any other Brentford vs Luton betting tips is that Luton have only failed to score in two of their last six league games, against Man Utd and Tottenham.

Brentford vs Luton team news

Brentford

Brentford came through their 1-0 defeat at home to Arsenal without picking up any injuries or suspensions which is at least some positive news ahead of the Luton match. The hosts, however, be without the services of Rico Henry, Aaron Hickey, Ivan Toney, Kevin Schade and Nathan Collins, while late fitness tests are scheduled for several other players.

Predicted Lineup: Flekken (GK), Mee, Ajer, Pinnock, Nørgaard, Wissa, Janelt, Onyeka, Mbeumo, Yarmoliuk & Ghoddos

Luton

Luton will be hoping to make it back-to-back wins for the first time this season after they defeated Crystal Palace last weekend. Following a goalless first half, Luton took the lead in the 72nd minute only to be pegged back by the Eagles moments later.

The Hatters responded well and got back in front with just seven minutes of the ninety remaining and held on to secure what could turn out to be a precious victory. Dan Potts, Mads Andersen, Reece Burke, Albert-Mboyo Lokonga and Marvelous Nakamba look set to miss the trip to Brentford through injury.

Predicted Lineup: Kaminski (GK), Lockyer, Bell, Osho, Mengi, Townsend, Barkley, Mpanzu, Doughty, Morris & Ogbene

Player to Watch: Mathias Jensen

Mathias Jensen has played an important role in the heart of Brentford's midfield this season.

The Danish international has scored three goals and provided two assists in the Premier League this season, making Jensen a key player alongside the likes of Bryan Mbeumo.

In what should be a routine win for Brentford this weekend, we're backing Jensen to play his part in guiding the Bees to another three points, be that by scoring or creating a goal.
