Morocco's run at the 2026 World Cup has only increased the attention surrounding teenage sensation Ayyoub Bouaddi, with Europe's biggest clubs now jostling for position ahead of a potential blockbuster transfer.
The Lille OSC midfielder has enhanced his reputation with a series of composed displays on the biggest stage, adding to the promise he had already shown in Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League.
With Lille reportedly valuing the 18-year-old at around €80 million (£68 million) and having tied him down to a contract until 2029, any deal is unlikely to come cheaply.

Which club offers the best value to sign Ayyoub Bouaddi this summer?
Arsenal's position at the head of the market is no surprise. The Premier League champions have been heavily linked with Bouaddi for well over a year, and recent reports suggest they have stepped up their pursuit, with talks over a potential deal already underway.
Man City are also a logical contender given their long-term recruitment strategy, while Paris Saint-Germain's interest is understandable as they continue to target the best young French-based talent.
Chelsea under Xabi Alonso could represent the standout value at 10/1, however. The Blues have shown a willingness to invest in elite young midfielders in recent years, and Bouaddi's technical quality, athleticism and versatility would make him an ideal long-term addition.
That said, Arsenal still appear the most likely destination.
They have been credited with making the strongest early move, have monitored Bouaddi since 2025 and can offer a clear pathway into an ambitious young squad. If the reported interest develops into a formal bid, the North London club look well placed to win the race for one of world football's brightest emerging midfield talents.
