The Red Devils are not involved in the race for Victor Osimhen's signature, but they do intend to sign a new striker this summer. Join us for the latest transfer news, rumours, and gossip from around the globe.

Osimhen not on Man Utd's agenda

In recent days, several outlets in Turkey have claimed Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Galatasaray star Victor Osimhen.

However, if Premier League insider David Ornstein is to be believed, those reports are wide of the mark as Osimhen will not be on the agenda for United in the summer.

Further, journalist Ben Jacobs suggests the Nigerian is considering moving to Saudi Arabia upon the expiration of his loan stint in Istanbul. Al-Hilal are considering adding the Napoli man to their ranks. Whispers Rating: 3/5

United to prioritise their attack

Osimhen might not be on United's radar but the Red Devils still want to strengthen their attack, says Ornstein.

It is understood that Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap is the club's top striker target and Matheus Cunha is the preferred name for the number 10 position. Interestingly, neither deal will depend on European football or sales as the finances are already in place at Old Trafford. Cunha's release clause at Wolverhampton Wanderers is thought to be £62.5 million, while Delap will be available for just £30million if Ipswich get relegated. Whispers Rating: 4/5

Saudi wants Kudus

Apart from Osimhen, the Saudi Pro League also wants to attract West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus to the Gulf Kingdom.

According to The Guardian, the Hammers have accepted that selling Kudus may be the best way to boost their transfer budget. The ex-Ajax man's contract contains a release clause that becomes active for a set period this summer. Al-Nassr have been credited with interest in the 24-year-old. Whispers Rating: 3.5/5

Villa hold talks for De Bruyne

Kevin De Bruyne will leave Manchester City this summer. Ever since the announcement, the 33-year-old has been linked with several clubs from the MLS and Saudi but the Belgian's reluctance to uproot his family and prioritising his football and home life when making a decision has alerted several Premier League clubs, as per Sky Sports.

It is claimed that Aston Villa have held internal discussions about a potential move for De Bruyne, who will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season. Whispers Rating: 3.5/5

City could lose McAtee

Manchester City's search for De Bruyne's successor is also well underway, with the club having already earmarked a number of potential candidates. However, the arrival of a new attacking midfielder could push James McAtee away from the Etihad.

According to The Telegraph, Nottingham Forest and Bayer Leverkusen will target the 22-year-old English midfielder if City move for Morgan Gibbs-White or Florian Wirtz. McAtee has struggled for gametime under Pep Guardiola and the situation is likely to worsen if the Spaniard gets his preferred target next season. Whispers Rating: 4/5
