Kerkez set to join Liverpool
Much has been written about Liverpool's attempts to wrap up the signing of Bayer Leverkusen wonderkid Florian Wirtz, leaving the Milos Kerkez saga far away from the spotlight. However, the Reds remain in control of this pursuit as well.
According to Sky Sport Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool are 100 per cent convinced that the transfer of Kerkez from Bournemouth will go through. Man Utd make contact to sign Ekitike
Over in Manchester, the Red Devils have intensified their pursuit of a new striker, having failed to convince Liam Delap and Viktor Gyokeres to join their project. Their new target is Hugo Ekitike.
Plettenberg reveals that United are so far the only club to have held talks with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign their immensely talented centre-forward.
