Sunderland vs Arsenal: Christos Tzolis odds you should back for Premier League clash

Arsenal are aiming to continue their perfect start to the season when they take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League on Saturday night.

The Gunners have won all five of their games in all competitions, including three in the league, and look strong enough to defend their Premier League crown.

However, they did slip up on this ground last season, falling to a late 2-2 draw, and Mikel Arteta will want a win this time with one of his new signings set to help him in Christos Tzolis.

The winger has made a bright start to life in North London, and here is why we would back Tzolis to assist at 10/3 (4.33).

After making 29 assists in all competitions for Club Brugge last season, Tzolis already has four assists in five appearances for Arsenal.

The latest came in their 1-0 win at Napoli in the Champions League, where he set up Martin Odegaard to score once again.

That is not the first time the two players have combined this season, and Tzolis already seems to have built a strong understanding with his teammates.

Only Morgan Rogers (nine), who Arsenal reportedly wanted to sign before he joined Chelsea, has created more chances in open play than Tzolis' eight in the Premier League this season, so it would be unsurprising to see him grab another assist against Sunderland.

Arsenal are heavy 1/2 (1.50) favourites to win, which should mean Tzolis will see a lot of the ball.

Admittedly, he did struggle in his previous away Premier League appearance, as he was subbed off at half-time in the Gunners' 1-0 win at Aston Villa having been booked.

However, the Greek has shown enough in his other appearances that he can be dangerous and pick out a pass.

If the likes of Odegaard keep making the penetrating runs into the box that they have done so far this season, Tzolis is likely to find them.
