Serie A Correct Score betting: Juventus eyeing revenge for painful Inter defeat

We have analysed three pivotal games for Serie A Correct Score betting ahead of this weekend's Serie A (SA) fixtures, including leaders Inter Milan travelling to fifth-placed Roma, with the visitors currently the best side in Europe in terms of winning at HT and FT as shown in our HT/FT betting power rankings.

Third-placed AC Milan are also hosting Scudetto holders Napoli, and current runners-up Juventus welcoming struggling Udinese having lost 1-0 to nearest title-rivals Inter last time out.

Roma v Inter Milan – Inter to win 2-1 (17/2)

Roma host SA leaders Inter on Saturday evening in what is sure to be another test of the latter's title credentials. They impressively beat nearest challengers Juventus 1-0 at San Siro last time out, increasing the gap at the top to four points.

Inter also have a game in hand on the Old Lady, making the title theirs to lose at this stage of the season. After a 2-1 home defeat to Bologna in the Coppa Italia in December, they have gone on an eight-match unbeaten streak, winning seven of those, and have still only lost game in the league all season!

Roma are on a good run of form themselves, winning their previous three SA games including a 4-0 thumping of Cagliari last time out. However, their recent H2H record against Inter is appalling, with six defeats in their last seven clashes.

We think the visitors will nick another important result here, and a 2-1 result looks particularly appealing at the odds quoted by betting markets.

AC Milan v Napoli – 1-1 draw (6/1)

AC Milan host Napoli in SA's Sunday night viewing, with the Rossoneri knowing they need to keep winning to put pressure on the top two, while the visitors are chasing a UEFA Champions League place for next season.

Milan have lost just once in 11 games in all competitions, but did stumble to a 2-2 draw in their last home fixture. Meanwhile, Napoli have somewhat recovered from the heartbreak of losing the Supercoppa Italiana final to Inter late on by picking up four points from their previous two SA matches.

The last two H2Hs have been draws, including the 2-2 stalemate in the reverse fixture earlier this campaign, and given both teams need the points, they could cancel each other out.

We have gone for a 1-1 draw here, which is the most likely scoreline according to betting markets.

Juventus v Udinese – Juventus to win 2-0 (5/1)

Monday night sees the final fixture of the gameweek to be played as second-placed Juventus host Udinese, who are lurking just above the relegation zone. Juve are hurting after losing 1-0 to biggest title-rivals Inter, and will be desperate to get back to winning ways.

That was only their second defeat of the entire campaign, and they had previously gone on a run of winning seven of eight games before that result. Meanwhile, Udinese are on the other end of the spectrum when it comes to form, as they are winless in five matches, and have only picked up one victory since the start of November.

H2H wise, Juventus have won the last four meetings to-nil, and have emerged victorious in six of the last seven, drawing once. Based on this and the form of both teams, it is hard to look past a routine home win.

We have gone for a safe but probable 2-0 scoreline here, which is the joint-most likely result according to betting markets.
