Rodrygo’s future at Real Madrid is increasingly under scrutiny, with speculation mounting over a potential move to the Premier League. The Brazilian winger has only started twice in the last 13 matches, fueling rumours that his departure is becoming almost inevitable.

Rodrygo drops down the hierarchy at Real Madrid

The 24-year-old appears to have fallen behind players such as Franco Mastantuono, Arda Güler and Brahim Díaz in the club’s pecking order. Reports suggest that a transfer to England could now be imminent.

According to indykaila, Rodrygo’s agent, Pini Zahavi, arrived in London on Wednesday. Zahavi, who represents stars including Robert Lewandowski as well as Rodrygo, also visited Liverpool to watch the Reds’ 4-2 win over Bournemouth.

Meetings with Liverpool and Arsenal

Zahavi reportedly requested meetings with both Liverpool and Arsenal to discuss a potential move. Arsenal are said to be interested only if they can first offload some players, although that could change following Kai Havertz’s injury. Liverpool view Rodrygo as an alternative target in case their pursuit of Alexander Isak falls through.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are no longer in the running. The Citizens had initially considered Rodrygo as a replacement for Savinho, who was expected to leave for Tottenham. With Savinho now staying at the Etihad, City are no longer seeking a winger.

Real Madrid are reportedly open to selling the 24-year-old, with a price tag of around €100m (£86m). Rodrygo himself is reportedly open to a move, given his uncertain position at the club. It is now up to the Premier League heavyweights to negotiate a deal and see if they can secure the Brazilian star.
