With the 2026/27 Premier League fixtures now released, Arsenal have been installed by bookmakers as the early favourites to win back-to-back titles.
The Gunners ended a 22-year wait for the Premier League trophy last season, and with the extra know-how of winning the title, Mikel Arteta's side are in a great position to do it again.
Of course, there will be other challengers in the mix that we will run through, and the summer transfer window could have a significant impact after the World Cup, but for now, Arsenal are fancied to lift the trophy once again.

Premier League title latest odds: Who are the contenders?
Arsenal (6/4)
As it stands, Arsenal are the bookies' favourite to win the Premier League title again.
Finishing on 85 points and accumulating seven more points than nearest challengers Manchester City last season, the Gunners are certainly the ones to beat.
If reports are to be believed, Arsenal are also expected to go on another significant spending spree this summer to further strengthen the squad, which should make them even tougher to beat.
Manchester City (7/2)
Manchester City are expected to be Arsenal's nearest challengers for the title once more.
Pep Guardiola leaving the club after a decade of immense success is certainly a big blow to the Cityzens, and they will have to go again under the likely appointment of one of his former members of coaching staff in Enzo Maresca.
Man City still boast a stacked squad though, and have been linked with a number of big names this summer that would make them even stronger and possibly even bridge the gap to Arsenal.
Liverpool (6/1)
Despite finishing fifth last season, Liverpool have been installed as third-favourites.
It was an unexpectedly poor campaign for the 2024/25 title winners, and Arne Slot has paid the price by being replaced with Andoni Iraola.
The Spaniard impressed massively at Bournemouth and his style of play is closer to the “heavy metal” football the Reds are used to, although the likes of Mohamed Salah and Ibrahima Konate will be difficult to replace having moved on this summer.
Manchester United (13/2)
Manchester United have now gone 13 years without a league title, their longest drought by far in the Premier League era.
The Red Devils struggled initially under Ruben Amorim last season, but Michael Carrick came in and injected new life into Old Trafford.
He has been rewarded with the permanent manager role, but while he guided the club to an impressive third-place finish last campaign, he will have to balance this Premier League season with a return to the Champions League.
Chelsea (11/1)
Chelsea are on a similar drought to Man Utd having not won the title since 2017, and disappointedly finished 10th last season.
However, a new manager has taken over in Xabi Alonso, who helped Bayer Leverkusen win the Bundesliga in 2023/24 against the odds, finishing above traditional powerhouses Bayern Munich.
Chelsea also have no European football to contend with this season, and so like Man Utd last campaign, can focus solely on the league, which could work to their advantage.
