The only two sides to have won their opening two Primeira Liga matches this season go head-to-head on Sunday, when Porto welcome Arouca to Estadio do Dragao.
The Dragons have beaten Alverca and Rio Ave by identical 2-0 scorelines this term, while the Wolves followed a 1-0 success at Vitoria de Guimaraes with a 4-0 demolition of Moreirense last weekend.
Porto therefore face one of the league's early surprise packages, although they will take confidence from their recent record against Arouca and the fact that they have already won the Super Cup this season.

Porto ended a three-year wait for the Primeira Liga title last season and have begun their defence with consecutive 2-0 victories over Alverca and Rio Ave.
Francesco Farioli's side also lifted the Super Cup earlier this month after edging Torreense 1-0, giving them three competitive victories without conceding since the start of August.
The Dragons are targeting consecutive league titles for the first time since their three-season championship run between 2010 and 2013, and their early results have provided a strong platform for that pursuit.
Porto have already seen four different players score their four league goals this season, with summer arrival Andre Silva among those to find the net and expected to lead the attack again on Sunday.
Arouca’s 4-0 demolition of Moreirense last weekend was particularly convincing, with an own goal from Maracas followed by strikes from Jose Fontan and Ivan Barbero before Dylan Nandín completed the scoring in stoppage time.
That result extended the Wolves’ winning sequence to four matches after they also defeated Estoril and Boavista at the end of last season, leaving them unbeaten across their last five competitive outings.
Lobos finished eighth in the 2025-26 Primeira Liga after ending the previous campaign in 12th, but they have never bettered their fifth-place finish from 2022-23 since returning to the top flight in 2021-22.
Miguel Puche remains unavailable because of a knee problem, while Diogo Monteiro is back in contention after serving a suspension, and Ivan Barbero goes into the contest after scoring in both league matches this term.

Whispers predicts: Porto 1-0 Arouca
Porto are heavy favourites based on their dominance in this fixture at home, making a home win a reasonable option even if the outright market offers little return at 1.19 (1/5).
A Porto win & under 4.5 goals at 1.55 (11/20) offers greater value for punters expecting the champions to control the contest without turning it into a high-scoring affair, particularly with both sides yet to concede in the new league campaign.
Both teams to score – No at 1.66 (2/3) is also appealing given the defensive authority displayed by the two sides so far, while Arouca have struggled to produce regular goals on their previous trips to the Dragao.
The 1-0 correct score at 7.00 (6/1) is worth considering as an outsider because Porto have the superior individual quality but Arouca's disciplined start suggests that the visitors can make the champions work for their victory.
