Michael Olise enjoyed a breakout campaign for Crystal Palace during the 2022/23 season and the talented technician could be set to earn a money-spinning switch to one of the Premier League’s bigger clubs this summer as a result.

The 21-year-old lodged an impressive two goals and 11 assists from his flank on the right berth for the Eagles and the French youngster’s eye for a defence-splitting pass has made him one of the division’s hottest properties.

Indeed, Olise became the first Palace player ever to lodge double-figure assists for a single Premier League campaign and in early April, the former Reading starlet became the youngest ever player to claim three assists from open play when he tore Leeds to shreds.

Olise looks ready to take the next step in his career and below, we’ve taken a close look at the latest next club transfer odds for the dynamic winger.

Michael Olise Next Club: Latest transfer odds

Chelsea – 7/4

According to the latest reports, Chelsea have just become the first suitor to firm up their interest in signing Michael Olise and the transfer-happy Blues are believed to have tabled an offer of just below £40m for the wide attacker.

A move to Stamford Bridge this summer would represent a homecoming of sorts for Olise, who spent seven years with Chelsea’s academy before he left to join Reading at the age of 14.

New Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be a keen admirer of Olise’s ability and while the Argentinean manager already has plenty of options for the right wing at his disposal, a push for Olise has still been accelerated.

Noni Madueke, Angelo, Hakim Ziyech and Raheem Sterling are already in situ at Chelsea, while new recruit Christopher Nkunku can also be deployed on the right if required.

Manchester City – 3/1

For the moment at least, Manchester City seem to be monitoring developments around Michael Olise from a distance, though the treble-winners tend to move fast in the market when the time is right and a swoop for the Palace star could still be in the works.

With Riyad Mahrez expected to tie up a move to Saudi Arabia and Bernardo Silva also linked with an exit, City could soon be too light on the flanks for their liking and the acquisition of a player like Olise would help to fill some of the gaps.

Jack Grealish is Pep Guardiola’s go-to guy on the left, though City tend to rotate quite heavily on the other side and Olise would have plenty of opportunities to flourish in that position if he was snapped up by the champions.

Liverpool – 16/1

While there have been some tenuous links pairing Liverpool and Michael Olise together in transfer gossip columns, a deal to take the 21-year-old north to Merseyside seems unlikely at the moment.

The Reds seem keen to funnel most of their transfer budget this summer into their midfield rebuild, while club legend Mohamed Salah is the undisputed first-choice for the right wing position under Jurgen Klopp.

Olise can also be deployed in a more central position as a traditional number ten – a role that Liverpool don’t really provide space for in their current tactical set-up under Klopp, so it’s difficult to see why the Reds would line the flanksman up as a summer target.
