Lorient entered this season as a newly-promoted team and the expectations were to avoid relegation, which the team have achieved quite easily. In fact, Lorient were on course for fighting for a spot in Europe at one point in the season.
In the end, Lorient will finish the season in ninth or tenth place, right in the middle of the Ligue 1 table, which is a more than respectable result.
Their recent form has been a bit inconsistent, just like their season overall, but Lorient's fans are certainly happy to have a stress-free ending to the season.
The hosts will once again miss Theo Le Bris, who's been out for a while with a hamstring injury. Also, Igor Silva and Darlin Yongwa are listed as questionable.
When it comes to Le Havre, they are currently 14th in the standings, but only one point ahead of Nice, who sit in16th place, which leads to the relegation playoffs. Le Havre can't fall down further than that, so they can't get relegated automatically.
A win over Lorient would ensure they stay up, while a draw could also be enough unless both Nice and Auxerre win in the last round. That being said, Le Havre have struggled away from home this season and they are on a streak of 11 games without a win overall, so their fans won't go into this final match with a lot of confidence in a positive outcome.
Le Havre will have to manage without suspended Ayumu Seko and Lucas Gourna-Douath in this game, along with Abdoulaye Toure and Stephan Zagadou, who are out with injuries. On top of that, Loic Nego and Yanis Zouaoui are also questionable for this match.

Whispers predicts: Lorient 1-1 Le Havre
Looking at the low number of home clean sheets for Lorient and the fact that the guests need a win here, we suggest backing both teams to score at 8/11 odds.
Also, while the outcome of this match is highly unpredictable, we like 5/2 odds on a draw, based on the fact that Le Havre have drawn five times in their last six games and that two of their last three H2H meetings with Lorient have ended without a winner.
Lastly, if things go the way we expect, low-scoring matches that end in a draw are usually tied at half-time as well. So, betting on a half-time draw at 5/4 odds sounds like a reasonable bet.
