Liverpool Win-to-Nil
Liverpool are the big favourites to win this game and we're backing the hosts to secure a clean sheet along with all 3pts on Saturday. The hosts have won four of their last six games against Burnley, keeping clean sheets in their last two victories over the Clarets. Liverpool have won four of their last six matches in all competitions and have kept three clean sheets during that period.
Under 2.5 Goals
This game could end up being a fairly low-scoring affair as two of the last three meetings between Liverpool and Burnley have produced under 2.5 goals. Under 2.5 goals have also been scored in three of Liverpool's last six matches and in three of Burnley's last five outings, so you can see why we haven't predicted a high-scoring game on Saturday.
2-0 to Liverpool
As far as a final scoreline is concerned, we're backing the hosts to run out 2-0 winners in their own backyard. Burnley haven't conceded more than two goals in any of their last five fixtures and will head to Anfield with defending in mind. Liverpool have scored at least two goals in four of their last six fixtures, so you can see why we've picked a final scoreline of 2-0.

Liverpool to pick up where they left off against Norwich
Liverpool looked in total control away at newly-promoted Norwich on the opening weekend of the new season, running out comfortable 3-0 winners. Klopp's side are expected to mount more of a serious title challenge this season but there are three other teams that most believe are ahead of them in the race for top place. However, with time remaining in the transfer window, Liverpool can still strengthen their side and may decide to get rid of a couple of their lesser squad players in order to finance a move for another creative midfielder. Thiago and Henderson could both be back in contention for Liverpool on Saturday but full-back Robertson remains sidelined.
Burnley have managed to pick up 4pts from their last two trips to Anfield but their performance at home to Brighton suggests that the Clarets are a long way off causing an upset this weekend. Burnley lead Bright through a Tarkowski goal in the 2nd-minute but conceded two goals in the final 20-minutes to lose the match 2-1. Sean Dyche's side can't afford to be so generous in defence against Liverpool this weekend as their punishment will be even more severe. Dale Stephens and Kevin Long will miss out once again this weekend due to injury.
