Man United linked with move for Jonathan David

Manchester United are rumoured to be interested in a summer swoop for Juventus striker Jonathan David.
According to a report in TeamTalk, the Canadian will be allowed to leave Turin in the summer, provided Juventus find an adequate replacement. As a result, a host of Premier League clubs have been informed of his potential availability.
Manchester United are considered to be the frontrunners at present, not least because they are set to part ways with Rasmus Hojlund permanently this summer. There are also doubts over Joshua Zirkzee's future at the club after an underwhelming two years at Old Trafford.
The other Premier League clubs to be linked with a move for David include Aston Villa, Newcastle, Tottenham, Brighton and Everton.
Man City step up pursuit of Elliot Anderson

Several reports in the UK media today have indicated that Manchester City are ramping up their efforts to secure the signing of Elliot Anderson this summer.
According to TalkSport's Alex Crook, the midfielder has offered plenty of encouragement to the Cityzens in behind-the-scenes talks, and has indicated that he would prefer a move to the Etihad Stadium over Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, the Sun have reported that City's pursuit of Anderson will largely depend on the future of Rodri. The Spaniard has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent weeks, which suggests his time at the club could be nearing its end.
Anderson performed well against Man City on what could have been an audition on Wednesday night, scoring a late equaliser to boost Nottingham Forest's survival chances.
Liverpool continue search for Mo Salah replacement

Liverpool are said to be focused on bringing in a new winger this summer, with Mo Salah expected to depart after a difficult season on and off the pitch.
According to a report from Sky Germany, the Reds are considering a move for Yan Diomande of RB Leipzig. The 19-year-old would command a fee of around €80m, but the Liverpool board have demonstrated on several occasions in recent seasons that paying big money isn't an issue.
Although Diomande is a serious option, the same report indicates that Liverpool's dream signing would be Bayern Munich's Michael Olise. Whether the Reds would be able to get him out of Munich, where he has a contract until 2029, remains to be seen.
Both men would provide Liverpool with an injection of pace and quality in wide areas, something they have sorely lacked at times this season.
