The Premier League transfer rumour mill shows no sign of slowing, with clubs across the division accelerating their recruitment plans ahead of a pivotal summer window.

Whether it's likely title challengers or potential relegation battlers, every side is working to reshape their squads before the new campaign.

According to reports, both Liverpool and Chelsea have ‘very concrete interest' in signing versatile AFC Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi this summer.

It's thought that the 19-year-old talent will be the Cherries' next big-money sale, having previously cashed in on the likes of Milos Kerkez and Antonine Semenyo in recent windows.

The South Coast outfit could let him go for around £60 million, which is a bit less than the £64 million that Manchester City paid to sign Semenyo.

Sources even suggest that the Reds may have even already held talks, given that sporting director Richard Hughes still has a good relationship with his former club.

With speculation continuing to swirl around the future of several midfielders, including Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes, Newcastle United appear to be on the hunt for potential replacements.

Manchester United have been linked to both of the Magpies' stars in recent months, and now one of their current players is being looked at by the Magpies.

Reports suggest that the north east outfit have identified Manuel Ugarte as a top target, with the Uruguay international likely to be departing Old Trafford this summer.

It remains to be seen what will happen at the two clubs, but perhaps a potential swap deal involving both players could now be on the cards.

Spurs emerge as surprise destination for Marc Casado

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur hold interest in signing Barcelona midfielder Marc Casado, should they remain in the Premier League, per reports.

The 22-year-old's future at the Camp Nou remains increasingly uncertain, having struggled for regular minutes under manager Hansi Flick this campaign.

Spurs and Premier League rivals West Ham United are ‘monitoring' the situation and could face competition from LaLiga side Atletico Madrid.

Casado could cost in the region of just £34 million, which will be enticing for Barcelona, given their financial situation off the pitch.
