Liverpool are among several European giants monitoring Stuttgart defender Finn Jeltsch ahead of future transfer windows.
According to reports in Spain, the 20-year-old centre-back is also attracting interest from Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal after emerging as one of the Bundesliga's standout young defenders.
Jeltsch is said to have impressed with his composure in possession and ability to play in a high defensive line, qualities that have caught the attention of Hansi Flick and other leading clubs.
However, Stuttgart are reportedly expected to demand more than £50m for the Germany international, making a January move unlikely at this stage.

Chelsea are fully focused on signing Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott after failing to secure a deal during the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Blues remain keen on the 23-year-old and could return with an offer as early as January.
The Reds are also said to be monitoring Scott closely and have kept the England youth international on their shortlist.
Scott remains under contract at the Vitality Stadium until 2028, leaving the Cherries in a strong negotiating position should Chelsea come forward with a bid.

Arsenal have now suffered a setback in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain star Desire Doue.
Contract talks between the France international and the Ligue 1 giants are progressing well, with a new long-term agreement expected to keep him in Paris beyond his current 2029 expiry date, per reports.
Chelsea and Manchester City have also monitored the 20-year-old as they assess attacking targets, while Bayern Munich remain admirers after missing out on his signature in 2024.
However, PSG are determined to retain one of their key attacking players, with the report stating Doue has consistently shown little interest in leaving the French champions, handing the Gunners a cruel blow.
