Potential MVP – Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo may have taken a little bit of time to settle into the Saudi Pro League but he has been in excellent form this season. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has benefitted greatly from better quality around him this campaign and he is leading the Golden Boot race in Saudi Arabia with 15 goals in 14 matches.

Ronaldo was the match-winner when these two teams last played each other in the Arab Champions Cup final and will relish the opportunity to face them again, particularly with what's at stake. The 38-year-old has built a reputation of being a big game player of the years and he will have the opportunity to prove that once again here.

Key trend

Al Hilal have been dominant in recent meetings against Al Nassr with the last Al Nassr victory inside 90 minutes coming back in 2021. Despite that, the extra time victory in the Arab Champions Cup final should give Ronaldo and co-belief that they can get the job done on Friday night. We expect a cagey affair with one goal winning it either way. For more tips, check out our detailed Al Hilal vs Al Nassr prediction.
