Varnamo preview: Still hunting for their first win
The hosts remain the worst team in the Swedish top flight this season and are still without a win after 14 league games. They have only four points going into this clash.
Varnamo battled valiantly last time at Hammarby where they could have earned their fifth draw of the campaign, but ultimately fell 1-0 as Moise Kabore netted in additional time to condemn the Yellow-Greens to their tenth loss of the season.
While there are no injury concerns for coach Arne Sandsto, Axel Bjornstrom will not be available this weekend after picking his third yellow card of the season at Hammarby. A few players are also on the brink of a one-game suspension due to yellow card accumulation. They are Hugo Andersson, Emin Grozdanic and Johan Rapp.
Considering Rufai Mohammed’s sending off during last weekend's defeat at Hammarby, the Ghanaian defender is suspended this weekend. In his absence, Hugo Andersson is expected to fill in at the heart of the defence.
Predicted lineup: Keto (GK), Grozdanic, Strand, Andersson, Larsson, Johansson, Roux, Adjei, Zeljkovic, Cibicki & Bilalovic.

Djurgardens preview: Eyeing back-to-back wins for the first time in 2025
Tokmac Nguen and August Priske bagged a hat-trick and brace respectively as Djurgardens crushed Degerfors 5-1 last Sunday.
Eighth on the table with 19 points after 14 games, the Stockholms Stolthet are looking to build consistency after blowing hot and cold in the past months. Unbeaten in their last two matches, the visitors can look to register back-to-back league wins for the first time this campaign.
Goalkeeper Malkolm Safqvist and right winger Nino Zugelj remain sidelined with injuries, while Jacob Une, Hampus Finndell, Viktor Bergh and Isak Mulugeta risk suspension due to accumulated yellow cards.
Not much is expected to change in the team's setup from last week, as Jani Honkavaara looks to keep faith in the players that clicked so well against Degerfors.
Predicted lineup: Manojlovic (GK), Bergvall, Tenho, Danielson, Kosugi, Schuller, Siltanen, Aslund, Gulliksen, Nguen & Priske.

Player to watch: Tokmac Nguen

Tokmac Nguen is coming off arguably the best performance of his career, as he scored a hat-trick in Djurgardens' 5-1 victory over Degerfors. The former Ferencvaros forward will fancy his chances against Varnamo this weekend.
