Arsenal find Gyokeres agreement
Sporting director Andrea Berta has been working on finding a new striker for Mikel Arteta since the start of the summer and multiple reports now suggest he has made a breakthrough in his pursuit.
According to The Athletic, Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP. The North London outfit will pay a guaranteed £55million fee plus £8.5million in add-ons. Bayern interested in Trossard
The arrival of Gyokeres should limit minutes for Leandro Trossard, who emerged as an effective impact player under Arteta last season. The 30-year-old is now attracting interest from Bayern Munich.
As per Bild, the Bavarians will turn their attention to the 30-year-old Belgian if they are unable to sign Luis Diaz from Liverpool. It is understood Arsenal would consider offloading Trossard if they receive a bid in the region of £20million. Whispers Rating: 3/5

Barcelona want to sign Rashford on loan
Marcus Rashford has emerged as one of Barcelona's priority targets after Nico Williams turned them down in favour of renewing his contract at Athletic Club. According to Sky Sport Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Barca are interested in signing Rashford, who is very open to moving to Camp Nou, having already given a “green light” for the move.
