Sporting are 18-time winners of the Taca de Portugal, with their latest triumph coming last season when they beat city rivals Benfica after extra time in the final.
The Lions now aim to lift the trophy in consecutive campaigns for the fourth time in their history, having edged past Pacos de Ferreira, Santa Clara, Marinhense, AVS and Porto on their way to this final.
