Scotland preview: Disappointed at Euro 2024
Scotland got off to the worst possible start at Euro 2024 against the hosts, losing the game 5-1 and having a man sent off.
Steve Clarke's team kept their hopes of qualifying from the group stage alive via a 1-1 draw with Switzerland but lost their third game against Hungary 1-0 and were dumped out of the competition.
Much of that squad remains in Clarke's latest selection but there are a few uncapped players looking to make their mark in the form of goalkeeper Robby McCrorie, defender Max Johnston as well as midfielders Ben Doak and Ryan Gauld.
Predicted lineup: Gunn (GK), Hanley, Robertson, McKenna, Hendry, Ralston, Christie, McGinn, McTominay, Gilmour & Dykes

Player to watch: Scott McTominay
Scotland's 27-year-old midfielder was signed by Serie A side Napoli on transfer deadline day along with fellow Scot Billy Gilmour.
McTominay who began his career with Manchester United and played over 200 games for the club, scoring 29 goals, was first called up for his country in 2018.
The new Napoli signing will be looking to impress following his deadline day transfer
In 2023, McTominay scored seven goals in ten appearances for his country, guiding Scotland to qualification for Euro 2024 and we're backing the Napoli midfielder to shine against Poland on Thursday.
