Romania's struggles continued as they suffered a humiliating 6-0 defeat at the hands of Poland on Friday night.
Gheorghe Hagi's troops have now lost all their three group games so far, conceding 12 times in the process.
With only three matches remaining, the hosts are at the bottom of Group B4, four points behind third-placed Poland. This is a must-win for Romania, as any other result will eliminate them from promotion contention and leave them on the brink of relegation to League C.
Although there are no new injury concerns for the hosts, two members of the squad are suspended, including defenders Radu Dragusin, who picked up a red card against Poland, and Virgil Ghita, who received a milestone booking in the same clash.
