RB Leipzig will be looking to strengthen their position near the top of the Bundesliga when they welcome Augsburg to the Red Bull Arena on Saturday.
Martin Demichelis's men have made an encouraging start to the domestic campaign, although their midweek Champions League defeat to Manchester City has taken some of the shine off their recent progress.
Augsburg, meanwhile, are searching for a change in fortunes after six Bundesliga matches without a victory, leaving Manuel Baum's side in danger of being dragged towards the relegation battle.

Leipzig have already demonstrated their attacking capabilities this season, scoring 22 goals in the Bundesliga – a tally bettered only by Bayern Munich heading into the weekend.
The Saxons have also been particularly formidable at the Red Bull Arena, winning every home league match without conceding a single goal… all this before Manchester City finally breached their defence on Wednesday in the Champions League.
Despite a strong start to the season, the Argentine coach is facing growing scrutiny from the local media, with questions being raised about his position.
Former Leipzig manager Marco Rose, who is currently at Bournemouth, recently suggested that the pressure surrounding the German club can take its toll on a head coach.
A victory against Augsburg would offer a timely response to the criticism and could take Leipzig level on points with Bayern and Borussia Dortmund, although Demichelis will need to manage several fitness concerns ahead of the contest.
Antonio Nusa is a doubt after being withdrawn against Manchester City as a precaution, while Marc Guiu remains sidelined with a hamstring problem, and Max Finkgrafe and Assan Ouedraogo are also struggling with injuries.
Augsburg, on the other hand, have endured a rather miserable couple of months after initially making a promising start to the campaign.
Their last Bundesliga success came against Eintracht Frankfurt on September 6, with Baum's team going on to record three draws and three defeats since.
A 4-2 DFB-Pokal win against Sonnenhof Grossaspach allowed for a brief distraction from their league struggles, but a 2-1 home defeat to Freiburg ensured their winless Bundesliga run continued.
Augsburg currently occupy 10th spot with nine points, although the tight nature of the Bundesliga table means they are just two points clear of the bottom three.
There is at least some encouragement in their away performances, with three of their four victories across all competitions coming on the road, potentially giving the visitors reason to believe they can trouble Leipzig.
Nevertheless, Baum will have to reorganise his defence, with Noahkai Banks unavailable through injury, Calvin Brackelmann recovering from concussion and Abdulai Juma Bah suspended, leaving Jeffrey Gouweleeuw, Yannik Keitel and Chrislain Matsima as potential defensive starters.

Whispers predicts: RB Leipzig 3-0 Augsburg
Backing RB Leipzig in the outrights does not really make sense given the current odds.
However, when it comes to the -1 handicap market at 17/25, Leipzig offer a lot more appeal.
Over 2.5 goals at 29/100 is also an enticing selection, given the hosts have already scored 22 goals across their eight Bundesliga games. Augsburg’s leaky defence adds another layer of interest around this particular bet.
The correct score market of 3-0 at 12/1 may sound ambitious, though it is worth mentioning that this scoreline landed just three years ago.
> RB Leipzig -1 handicap at 17/25 | Likelihood: Probable
> Over 2.5 goals at 29/100 | Likelihood: Possible
> Correct score 3-0 at 12/1 | Likelihood: Outsider
