The Frenchman, who is capable of playing on the left flank as well as through the middle, thrives in tight spaces, owing to his dribbling ability and tendency to play quick short passes with his teammates to disrupt the opposition's backline. Nkunku is unlikely to start over the likes of Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka but his versatility, experience, and technical prowess could make him an incredible asset to have on the bench for late cameos. Further, Arsenal's injury struggles impacted their title pursuit and to avoid another underwhelming league campaign, they need more quality players like Nkunku in their squad.

Enzo Maresca doesn't appear to be Nkunku's biggest fan and things are unlikely to change next season as Chelsea are in the market for a new left-winger. As such, it is best for the Frenchman to find a new club. If he doesn't want to leave London, Arsenal might be the perfect destination.
