The first leg on Friday was far from a great advertisement for Championship football, but Millwall will feel that they did enough to win the match, and will still be reeling from Ryan Leonard's disallowed goal late in the second half.
The Lions were the better team for large parts of the match, which should give them plenty of confidence going into the second leg, now that home advantage is theirs.
Alex Neil's team have won their last two and four of their last six matches at the Den, but they should not take Hull City lightly, as the Tigers have won on each of their last two trips here, including a 3-1 victory in December.
Neil has no fresh injuries from the first leg, but he remains without Lukas Jensen, Caleb Taylor, Daniel Kelly and Massimo Luongo.
As for Hull, their challenge has only been made more difficult by failing to win the first leg on home soil. There is an argument that they could have pushed more for a winner, but they are at least still in the tie coming into the second leg.
What will concern manager Sergej Jakirovic the most, however, is how his team finished the season. The Tigers have now won just one of their last eight matches, which is not the type of form you want heading into a playoff semi-final second leg away from home.
As touched upon earlier, their performance at The Den back in December was one of their best of the season, and they will need to rediscover those levels on Monday if they are to make it to Wembley.
Like his opposite number, Jakirovic has no fresh injury concerns ahead of Monday night. Eliot Matazo, Amir Hadziahmetovic and Cody Drameh all remain in the treatment room.
