Manchester City's attention now turns towards the FA Cup after topping the Premier League table in midweek, as they face Southampton in the semi-final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.
The Cityzens beat Burnley 1-0 at Turf Moor to move above Arsenal into first place in the table by virtue of goals scored, and so the mood will be high as they travel down to London.
Meanwhile, Southampton drew 2-2 at home to Bristol City and are still in the race to finish in at least the Championship play-off places, but Man City provide a much tougher test than they are used to.

Man City are now favourites for a domestic treble, after not long ago it was Arsenal that were talked about for a potential quadruple.
They beat the Gunners 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final, and have just replaced them in top spot of the Premier League.
The Cityzens are also the most feared team left in the FA Cup semi-finals, and will be huge favourites against Southampton to progress into yet another major final.
Pep Guardiola's side have won five in a row in all competitions, and as usual, are peaking at the business end of the season.
Southampton have also been in a rich vein of form themselves, as their recent draw against Bristol City ended an eight-match winning run across all competitions.
They produced the scalp of the FA cup quarter-finals, beating Arsenal 2-1 at St. Mary's Stadium.
However, at the neutral venue of Wembley, facing Man City is arguably an even bigger test.
