Enzo Maresca is off to the perfect start since taking over from Pep Guardiola, and Man City look like they could sustain a title challenge again.
They have also been bolstered by the signings of Fernandez, Iliman Ndiaye and Allan to add to what was already an expensive transfer window.
Those players could be in contention for their debuts here, while Jeremy Doku and Matheus Nunes are also nearing returns.
The Cityzens are heavy favourites here to continue their strong start with three wins out of three.
As for Coventry, they have had a tough start to life back in the Premier League after a 25-year absence.
Also playing in Sky Blue, Frank Lampard's side will do well to score their first goal here let alone pick up their first point.
The visitors were not as busy as others in the latter stages of the transfer window, and could go through a period of struggle.
Haji Wright headlines a growing injury list too, so not many punters will give Coventry much hope.

Whispers predicts: Manchester City 3-0 Coventry City
Man City are clear 3/16 (1.19) favourites to win, but while we agree with the bookies, we want to explore other bets.
Having beaten Palace by a three-goal margin last time out, Man City to win (-2 handicap) at 5/4 (2.25) offers value.
BTTS – No at 20/23 (1.87) also appeals, given Coventry have drawn blanks in both their league games.
In terms of player betting, Erling Haaland netted a brace against Palace to get his season underway, and we would not put it past him to do so again, so Haaland to score 2+ goals at 23/10 (3.30) could be worth a punt.
Overall, we are predicting a 3-0 Man City victory, which is available at 15/2 (8.50).
> BTTS – No at 20/23 (1.87) | Likelihood: Probable
> Man City to win (-2 handicap) at 5/4 (2.25) | Likelihood: Possible
> Haaland to score 2+ goals at 23/10 (3.30) | Likelihood: Possible
