Mason Mount made his long-awaited debut for Manchester United as the team started its preparation period for the new season with a 2-0 win over Leeds. United management is working hard to complete a transfer of new keeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan and that deal is expected to be completed soon enough. Manchester United said goodbye to their long-serving keeper David de Gea as coach Erik ten Hag is trying to change the outlook of his team in the new season, especially intending to have a different kind of identity as the club will once again play in the Champions League. Beside de Gea's departure, there haven't been any relevant transfers away from the club. Marcus Rashford is expected to miss the game due to injury.
Possible lineup: Henderson, Martinez, Malacia, Lindelof, Varane, Mount, Hannibal, Garnacho, Dialo, Pellistri, Shoretire.
Lyon
The French team hasn't been all that active in the transfer market thus far. The new players are Clinton Mata and Skelly Alvero while there was a high-profile departure in Romain Faivre moving to Bournemouth. Houssem Aouar and Moussa Dembele left on a free transfer while Cenk Ozkacar and Thiago Mendes were sold. Lyon didn't qualify for European competitions, so it is a good chance that the financial side of things could be tricky as the top brass is trying to strengthen the squad ahead of the new season. Maxence Caqueret is injured.

Player to Watch: Amin Sarr
The talented Swedish center-forward was brought into the Lyon lineup in the January transfer window after impressing Heerenveen in the first part of last season. He didn't adjust in the best way at his new club scoring only once in 15 matches. However, he is only 22 years old and the club management believes that he will be better suited for Ligue 1 season after spending a full preparation period with the club.
During his short time with Heerenveen, Sarr scored eleven goals and delivered seven assists in 35 matches and he also has experience from playing for Malmo and Mjallby. He is yet to make his debut for the Swedish national team.
