Man City to Win
Man City have the home advantage over Chelsea this weekend and have had more time to prepare for this game as the Londoners were involved in a League Cup semi-final in midweek. Chelsea actually have a decent recent record against their hosts but have already lost against them once this season in their own backyard. Form-wise, City head into the game on the back of six straight wins in all competitions, while Chelsea have won four and drawn two of their last six matches.
1-0 to Man City
In terms of a final scoreline, we're backing a narrow 1-0 win for Man City in what should be a tight and tense 90-minutes. Three of the last four meetings between these two clubs have produced under 2.5 goals and on each of those occasions, the game has been won by one goal to nil. Three of Chelsea's last five fixtures have witnessed fewer than three goals scored, including their midweek victory over Spurs in the League Cup.

City the favourites for top of the table clash
Man City made a couple of changes for their game against League Two Swindon Town in last weekend's FA Cup 3rd Round tie, but overall they played a very strong side. Swindon are one of the best teams to watch in League Two and try to play an attractive style of football but playing that way against Man City was never going to work. Silva put the visitors 1-0 up in the 14th-minute and Jesus made it 2-0 before the break. Gundogan curled in a sweet free-kick to make it 3-0 in the 59th-minute and although Swindon pulled a goal back it was Man City that had the last laugh as youngster Palmer finished very well to wrap up a 4-1 victory.
Man City Predicted Lineup – Ederson, Cancelo, Laporte, Aké, Dias, De Bruyne, Silva, Rodri, Grealish, Sterling & Gündoğan
Chelsea headed into the 2nd leg of their League Cup semi-final against Spurs holding a 2-0 advantage. When Rudiger netted after 18-minutes to make the scoreline 3-0 on aggregate there was no coming back for Tottenham. The home side gave it a go but ultimately they couldn't break down a solid Chelsea defence and Tuchel's men will either face Liverpool or Arsenal in the Final. Chelsea sit 10pts behind Man City in the Premier League table and know how important a win this weekend could be to their chances of winning the title but ultimately, this is a game the visitors can't afford to lose.
Chelsea Predicted Lineup – Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Silva, Alonso, Kanté, Jorginho, Mount, Lukaku, Havertz & Ziyech
Team News
Man City: Stones, Delap, Foden, Zinchenko and Mahrez could all miss the Chelsea game.
Chelsea: James, Chalobah, Mendy and Chilwell will all miss this weekend's big match.
