Kalmar preview: Lost last four in the league
Kalmar might have beaten lower-league opposition in the cup on Tuesday but the struggling Allsvenskan side have lost their last four league games.
The most recent defeat arrived in Vasteras where despite taking the lead through striker Dino Islamovic in first-half stoppage-time, Kalmar went on to lose the game 2-1 conceding the winning goal seven minutes into time added on.
Islamovic, who has scored five goals in the league this season, will miss the Malmo game via a suspension.

Malmo preview: Looking to bounce back after disappointing CL defeat
Malmo fell behind in their last home game against Norrkoping but a goal on the half-hour mark from Anders Christiansen got the hosts back onto level terms.
There was only one goal in the second 45 and it went the way of Malmo via Norwegian midfielder Lasse Berg Johnsen in the 78th minute.

Malmo striker Isaac Kiese Thelin has been in fantastic form ever since he returned to the Swedish giants in 2022.
