Successive promotions from Championnat National and Ligue 2 will see Le Mans return to Ligue 1 after a 16-year hiatus, as they prepare to face Brest on the opening 2026/27 matchday at Stade Marie-Marvingt on Saturday, 22 August.
This will be the first meeting between these two sides since 2005 and their maiden Ligue 1 encounter.
