Bernardo Silva has already revealed that he will be leaving Manchester City at the end of the season, and now a clue has emerged on where he might end up.
Many were expecting the 31-year-old midfielder to seal a switch to LaLiga giants Barcelona, but it appears they have pulled out of a move.
Reports now suggest that the Portugal international has chosen to ‘go home' to Benfica rather than head to Saudi Arabia or MLS.
Silva came through the academy system at the Eagles, though he only notched up three senior appearances before joining AS Monaco for £13.5 million.

Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers is attracting substantial interest from across the English top-flight ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Times claim Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are set to go head-to-head for the 23-year-old's signature.
It's also thought that the Midlands outfit will command a fee in excess of £80 million, with the eventual asking price likely to be determined by European qualification.

Arsenal are also facing competition over another target, with Liverpool joining the race for young Bayer Leverkusen forward Christian Kofane.
As per reports, the 19-year-old has emerged as one of the most talked-about talents in Europe and despite only making ten league appearances, his ability and potential has attracted interest from several teams.
The likes of Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle United, as well as Barcelona and Bayern Munich, are all monitoring his progress.
Kofane is expected to cost at least £60 million, highlighting the sheer upside the German side believes he has.
