Manchester City are the latest side to be linked with a move for AS Roma midfielder Manu Kone.

The Citizens are rebuilding Enzo Maresca's engine room after the exit of several key stars, with the Manchester United target now on their radar, per reports.

Bernardo Silva, Rodri and now Tijjani Reijnders have departed the Etihad, as interest in the 25-year-old Frenchman intensifies heading into the final two weeks of the window.

City are closing in on a deal for Ayyoub Bouaddi, have interest in Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez and could now pay around £51 million to land Kone.

While one deal edges closer at City, two potential departures to Tottenham Hotspur could also take shape in the coming days.

According to The Athletic's David Ornstein, the north Londoners are ‘in talks' over signing Omar Marmoush and long-term target Savinho in what would be a surprise double deal.

At this stage, it remains to be seen how much the Citizens will want for both players, having already spent in excess of £230 million on new signings.

Savinho and Marmoush have been limited to bit‑part roles since joining for £30 million and £60 million respectively, and you’d expect City to push for a fee that at least recoups, if not exceeds, those outlays.

Everton have registered interest in Como winger Assane Diao as they assess alternatives to former loan favourite Jack Grealish.

Reports suggest the Toffees are now weighing several attacking options and view the Senegal international as a long‑term wide addition.

Como are open to selling the 20‑year‑old but would seek £50 to £60 million, while Everton still prefer a loan if the City star is able to return.

Diao, who hit ten goals and two assists last season, is also understood to be keen on a Premier League move, putting the ball in Everton's court.
