Liverpool consider a move for Sven Botman
Liverpool are reportedly weighing up a move for Newcastle defender Sven Botman amid reports that Marc Guehi could make a move away from England next summer.
According to Transfer News Live, Liverpool are big admirers of the Dutchman, and as his contract is set to expire in the summer of 2027, the Reds could potentially sign him on a cut-price deal either in January or next summer.
The report also states that Newcastle are planning on offering Botman a new deal, in a bid to secure his long-term future at St James' Park.
It's too early to say what will happen with Botman, but the fact that Liverpool are now considering a wide array of centre-backs indicates that they may well have ended their interest in Marc Guehi.
Tottenham are interested in Kobbie Mainoo
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly going to make a bid for Kobbie Mainoo at some point in the next year, with the midfielder's future still far from certain.
According to a report in the Daily Briefing, Spurs were interested in Mainoo late in the summer window and have been given enough encouragement to go in for him again, potentially even in January.
The 20-year-old is unhappy with his playing time at Old Trafford and requested a loan move towards the end of the summer window. Considering his situation hasn't improved under Amorim, there is no reason to feel like he won't request another move this winter.
Tottenham are crying out for a creative midfielder so a move for Mainoo would make sense for all parties.
Man Utd ponder Stiller move
Manchester United are said to be keeping a close eye on Stuttgart's Angelo Stiller after previously being linked with a move for the midfielder in the summer.
According to Plettigoal, Stiller is expected to be a man in demand next summer and a bid of more than €50m will be needed to prize him away from Stuttgart.
The 24-year-old's reputation is continuing to grow across Europe, but the Red Devils' long-standing interest in the player, whom they reportedly see as the heir to Bruno Fernandes, could give them the advantage.
There is no indication that United will make a bid for Stiller this winter, but if the player continues to produce elite performances for Stuttgart and Man Utd qualify for next season's Champions League, then a move will definitely be on the cards.
