Kobbie Mainoo decides to leave Man Utd

Kobbie Mainoo has reportedly decided to push for a move away from Manchester United this January, with the academy graduate still struggling to get game time under Ruben Amorim.
The 20-year-old attempted to leave the club on loan on deadline day in the summer, and a similar move is his priority this January, according to a report in The Athletic.
Mainoo currently has no desire to leave Old Trafford on a permanent basis, but feels that a loan move could ultimately help him to get back into the Man Utd starting XI next season and also give him a chance of making the England World Cup squad.
The report in The Athletic states that Napoli are interested in bringing Mainoo over to Italy, in a move that would see the midfielder link up with former teammate Scott McTominay.
Man City lead the race for Marc Guehi

Manchester City are reportedly the frontrunners to sign Marc Guehi on a free transfer next summer, according to a report in Football Insider.
The Crystal Palace defender has attracted interest from across Europe, and the Eagles are reportedly open to letting him go this January in a bid to recoup some money for the player.
The report in Football Insider states that £35m would be enough to get Guehi out of South London this winter and that Man City see him as the long-term replacement for John Stones.
If City were to have a bid accepted this January, then it could see several other top European clubs submit bids, too. Liverpool were minutes away from signing Guehi in the summer and are still reportedly very keen on bringing him to Anfield.
Liverpool open to Mo Salah offers

While Marc Guehi could end up coming through the doors at Anfield this winter, Mo Salah could be on the way out.
A report in Fichajes states that for the first time, Liverpool are now willing to listen to offers for the Egyptian winger and that there is a chance a deal could be made this January.
The report states that Saudi Arabia is Salah's most likely destination if he does leave Liverpool in January, but a move to the USA is also on the cards. A report from MLS insider, Tom Bogert, states that San Diego FC are extremely keen on signing Salah in the summer.
If Arne Slot remains the Liverpool manager, then a move away from Anfield is certainly on the cards for Salah this winter. The winger has found himself on the bench for Liverpool's last two Premier League matches and is seemingly being scapegoated for the club's struggles this season.
