Chelsea are monitoring Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yasin Ayari after contract negotiations between the player and the Seagulls stalled.
As per TEAMtalk, the Sweden international's current deal expires at the end of the season, although Brighton retain an option to extend it by a further 12 months.
Blues sporting director Paul Winstanley is said to be a strong admirer of Ayari, having helped identify the 23-year-old during his time at the Amex.
Galatasaray, several Premier League clubs and Saudi Pro League sides are also credited with interest as uncertainty continues over the midfielder's long-term future.

Arsenal are among the clubs leading the race for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Can Uzun, who has been dubbed the ‘next Dimitar Berbatov'.
According to fresh reports, the Gunners have made initial contact with the Turkey international's representatives while also exploring a deal for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi.
Aston Villa, Brighton and Everton are also monitoring the 20-year-old, while Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan and Napoli have tracked him previously.
Frankfurt are understood to value Uzun at his £50m release clause and, with the forward under contract until 2029, are in a strong position to resist offers.

Aston Villa could already face a fight to keep Johan Manzambi after the midfielder's impressive start to life at Villa Park.
Both LaLiga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are already keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old following his strong performances under Unai Emery, per reports.
Villa paid just over £50m to sign Manzambi from Freiburg in the summer after an impressive 2026 World Cup, and he has already contributed three goals and two assists in his opening six appearances.
However, the Switzerland international remains under contract until 2031, leaving Villa under no immediate pressure to consider a sale despite growing attention from Europe's elite clubs.
