LAFC preview: Looking for a second win in a row
The team from California has yet to notch two wins in a row in the MLS, but they'll have a chance to do so this weekend when they host Dallas, who are on a three-game losing streak. LAFC have put their poor showing at CWC behind them as they continue chasing the playoffs in the MLS this season. They are currently sixth in the Western Conference, but they're also a few games behind most other teams.
The hosts will be without injured Maxime Chanot and Lorenzo Dellavalle.
Predicted lineup: Lloris (GK), Hollingshead, Segura, Long, Palencia, Delgado, Igor Jesus, Tillman, Bouanaga, Ordaz & Dilrosun
Dallas preview: Hopes of making playoffs dwindling
After losing three games in a row, Dallas are now 13th in the Western Conference standings and their chances of making the playoffs have taken a serious hit. That being said, they are also just five points behind Austin in ninth, the last place that leads to a play-in match, so a few good results could put Dallas right back in the race.
Meanwhile, Dallas have a long injury list right now, with Geovane Jesus, Enzo Newman, Nolan Norris, Paxton Pomykal, and Bernard Kamungo all on the list.
Predicted lineup: Paes (GK), Delgado, Farfan, Ibeagha, Abubakar, Moore, Kaick, Lletget, Acosta, Farrington & Musa
