Much has been made about what Thomas Tuchel may have told his players at half-time during their opening match against Croatia, as his side were relentless for the first 15-minutes after the break.
Jude Bellingham may have scored the only goal during that spell, but England could have easily ended up with two or three more. The final result of 4-2 perhaps flattered the Croatians, as the Three Lions recorded 20 shots in the penalty area over the 90 minutes.
For all of their good work going forward, there are some question marks around England from a defensive point of view after conceding two goals. However, recent history suggests that was out of the ordinary for this England team, as they conceded zero goals throughout their entire World Cup qualifying campaign.
Tuchel won't be taking Ghana lightly, but victory over Croatia has at least given him some wiggle room. As a result, he will not feel the need to rush Bukayo Saka back, while Declan Rice could also be rested here amid fears around his hamstring.
If Rice doesn't play, then there could be an opportunity for Kobbie Mainoo to show what he can do from the start alongside Elliot Anderson.
As for Ghana, the manner of their victory over Panama puts them in a position where they have nothing to lose against England. Even if they walk away with zero points, they will still have the opportunity to qualify by getting a result against Croatia in their final game.
Many who follow England will be familiar with the Ghana boss, Carlos Queiroz. The 73-year-old was once Sir Alex Ferguson's assistant manager at Manchester United, and he has managed several international teams, including Portugal and Iran.
His strengths as a coach very much lie in how well he can set up a team to defend. As such, England can expect a parked Ghanaian bus on Tuesday night, with Antoine Semenyo likely to be tasked with leading counter-attacks for the Black Stars.
Thomas Partey is available to play after being denied entry into Canada for Ghana's match with Panama. First-choice goalkeeper, Lawrence Ati Zigi, is a doubt after being taken off at half-time in Toronto.

Whispers predicts: England 2-0 Ghana
Ghana are unlikely to be as interested in attacking as Croatia were, so there should be fewer gaps for England to exploit. Still, the Three Lions should have too much quality not to breach this defence a couple of times without reply. England to win to nil has been priced at 8/11.
Fewer than three goals have been scored in five of England's last seven matches. Under 2.5 goals has been priced at 4/6.
Harry Kane needs one more goal to become England's record goalscorer at World Cups. Kane to score anytime has been priced at 8/11.
> England to win to nil at 8/11 (1.73) | Likelihood: Probable
> Under 2.5 goals at 4/6 (1.67) | Likelihood: Probable
> Kane to score anytime at 8/11 (1.73) | Likelihood: Probable
