Backing Derby in the draw no bet
We would like to start by pointing out that West Brom lost just once in their last 10 games in all competitions; however, it's also worth noting that they've won just two of six games this season, and both wins were at home. Like West Brom, Derby County have not lost a lot of games recently; they've suffered just one loss this season, and are unbeaten in their last five matches. Also, Derby have had West Bromwich Albion's number in the past; they lost just once in the last seven clashes between these teams, with four wins and two draws. As a matter of fact, the last time the Baggies win at this stadium was in 2003; and considering West Brom's recent struggles on the road, we are leaning towards the hosts.
A low scoring match
The last four meetings between Derby and West Brom featured a collective total of five goals; all of those matches went below the 2.5 goal margin. In the same vein, both teams have been involved in a lot of low-scoring games recently. Derby are coming off back-to-back goalless draws, with four of their last six games going under 2.5; likewise, four of West Brom's last six games saw less than three goals scored. All things considered, this should be a low-scoring game.

Can Derby claim an early season cup scalp?
Derby have made a reasonable start to life in the third tier but this is a throwback to last season with the Rams locking horns against a West Brom side that have just recorded their first win of the season. Our guess is that Steve Bruce will take this game seriously – and that will be a serious test for Derby.
Derby County have enjoyed their stay in League One so far; they've suffered just one loss in six games across all competitions, with three wins and two draws. It's fair to point out that Liam Rosenior's men have no losses in their last four games; they'll look to extend that run to five matches here.
Derby Predicted lineup – Wildsmith, Knight, Stearman, Cashin, Forsyth, Hourihane, Bird, Mendez-Laing, Dobbin, Barkhuizen, Collins
West Bromwich Albion are coming off a comfortable 5:2 win against Hull City; they've done fairly well these past few weeks, with just one loss in their last 10 matches in all competitions. Steve Bruce's men will make the trip to the Pride Park Stadium on Tuesday; they'll hope to string up consecutive wins for the first time this season.
West Brom Predicted lineup – Button, Furlong, Ajayi, O'Shea, Townsend, Molumby, Yokuslu, Wallace, Swift, Diangana, Grant
