Deportivo La Coruna are coming off a heartbreaking 3-2 defeat at the hands of Real Sociedad.
The Galician side fell behind by three goals early in the second half but fought back with two quick goals before the 70th minute. Even with a one-man advantage, they couldn't grab the equaliser.
With that in mind, Antonio Hidalgo's troops have now lost back-to-back games and are without a win in their last six matches across all competitions. They are eighth in La Liga, having earned 10 points from a possible 24.
Deportivo remain without star forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (meniscus), Marc Casado (muscle), and Zakaria Eddahchouri (broken wrist), while Lorenzo Amatucci is suspended after receiving a red card in the defeat against Real Sociedad.
On the other hand, Levante needed a stoppage-time goal in the 100th minute to secure a 3-3 draw with Sevilla last weekend. The Valencia side fought back twice to stay in the match before snatching a late point.
This has not been a particularly pleasant campaign for the visitors, as they have managed one win in seven league outings so far.
As things stand, Luis Castro's men are just above the relegation zone in 17th place. They have also been one of the league's worst travellers with no wins in four away matches this term.
Levante have no new injury concerns ahead of this skirmish, with Hugo Soteldo remains sidelined with a sprained ankle. Ivan Romero has scored in the visiting team's last three games and is expected to lead the line once again.
It is also worth mentioning that Levante won their last two encounters with Deportivo and are unbeaten in the last four H2Hs. However, they have just those two wins in the last nine skirmishes between these outfits.

Whispers Predicts: Deportivo La Coruna 2-2 Levante
Priced at 6/5 (2.20), Deportivo La Coruna are considered favourites by the bookmakers ahead of this fixture.
Both teams have no wins in 4+ games, and keeping in mind that the spoils were shared in four of the last eight H2Hs, we are confident that their respective winless streaks will continue after this fixture.
The last six H2Hs, Levante's last three outings, and nine of Deportivo's last 10 matches have all featured goals at both ends, and this can be backed at 4.5 (1.80).
We also fancy over 3.5 total goals at 23/10 (3.30). This landed in both teams' last three respective matches.
